Firstly, if you've never logged into Isla before you will need to register by creating an account (takes less than 1 minute).
How to register:
If you are on the login page, click either 'Sign up' towards the bottom of the screen or 'Login with NHS Mail' if you have an NHS email address. Both options will work if you have a NHS email. If you click 'Sign up' you can follow the below instructions:
Enter your email address (this will need to be a clinical email address)
If you received an email notifying you a patient's record has been shared with you and you're signing up, please use that email address.
Enter a password that you can remember but others wouldn't know. For more password guidance please follow this guide.
Click 'Register'
Go to your email inbox to find the code to verify your email (takes up to 10 seconds for us to send this code)
Copy this code into the registration page
You should now be logged in, welcome to Isla!
Once you've registered, if you see a screen which says 'No patient's found' within Isla this is because you haven't been added to any teams yet. Please contact your team admin within the organisation you work (they can follow this guide if they aren't sure) or support@isla.health to get you set up on a team.
How to login:
If you are on the login page, enter your email and password combination or 'Login with NHS mail' if you have a NHS email address. Both options will work if you have a NHS email.
Enter your email and password combination
Click 'Login'
If you can't remember your password you can reset your password by clicking 'Reset password'.
