Overview
The Delegated User tool allows a designated and approved Admin to impersonate an Agent profile. Delegated Users can be granted permissions to an entire account, office, team, or individual agent.
Note: Delegated Users can change an account just like an Agent would.
We strongly advise caution when issuing a Delegated User profile.
Actions are logged as if the actual user performed them.
Levels of Impersonation
A Delegated User can make changes in the account of the Agent they are impersonating, and depending on their permissions, can impact a broader group.
For example, if a Delegated User has access to an account (at the account level), they can impersonate anyone in the account and access their CRMs.

Delegated User FAQs
Can Delegated User Activity be Logged/Tracked in the Primary Agents Account?
No. The system logs Delegated User activity as if the Agent made the changes themself.
Do Delegated User profiles count toward the maximum user License count of a subscription?
No. A Delegated User profile is not a full license - it is simply a profile that gives access to an existing user account.
