How do I transfer money to my account?

Learn how to deposit money to your Vest account.

  1. Go to the Portfolio section at the bottom right of your app.

  2. Click on "Deposit".

  3. Select "From a Brazilian account".

  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer, check the dollar amount to receive and click "Continue".

  5. Remember to deposit at least $ 1 USD (one dollar) as the app only allows investments starting from $ 1 USD.

  6. Copy the Pix key and make the transfer through your bank (make sure it is from an account in your name).

This is important:

  • Deposits through Pix made outside of office hours will be converted to USD and completed at the beginning of the next business day. Pix deposits made between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Brasilia time) will be credited the same day and the amount will appear as "Buying power" in the "Portfolio" screen.

  • Only deposits made from accounts of individuals with the same ownership, i.e. accounts in your name, will be accepted.

  • FacilitaPay is our financial institution for currency conversion and international transfers from Brazil to the United States.

  • DriveWealth is a US broker and we use it for the custody of our clients' US investment accounts.


  1. Go to the "Portfolio" section at the bottom right of your app.

  2. Click on "Deposit".

  3. Select "Deposit via wire transfer".

  4. Click "Copy" to copy the bank details and paste them into your bank's app (make sure you are transferring from an account in your name).

This is important:

  • We will only accept deposits from accounts held by individuals in the same name, i.e. accounts in your name.

  • Deposits by wire transfers usually take between 1 and 5 business days to complete.

  • If you send money from a U.S. bank account, you must choose ABA (routing code for wire transfers within the U.S.) and not ACH and "Checking" for the account type.


If you have a Wise multi-currency account (TransferWise) or a bank account that makes local transfers (within the US), you can also transfer USD to your Vest account.Only deposits made from accounts of the same ownership, i.e. accounts in your name, will be accepted.

  1. Go to the Portfolio section at the bottom right of your app.

  2. Click on "Deposit".

  3. Select "Deposit via ACH".

  4. Connect your bank account through Plaid

  5. Log in to your bank account and indicate the amount to deposit.

  6. Click on "continue" and you're done!

This is Important:

  • Deposits by local wire transfer (ACH transfers) usually take 1-2 business days to complete.

  • We only accept deposits from accounts of individuals with the same ownership, i.e., accounts in your name.

  • Please check the deposit information you entered in Plaid: the recipient's (DriveWealth) full name and address, account number, ACH routing code 028000024, and "Checking" for account type.

  • DriveWealth's withdrawal policy includes a hold period for ACH deposits. This hold period ensures the "authorized use" of the money and acts as an anti-money laundering (AML) mechanism.
