You can use the ACAT system to transfer all your assets, including any available cash.
To do this, just follow these steps:
Download or request your latest monthly statement from your current broker.
Send it to Vest via email at support@mivest.io or directly via the chat from your app.
You will need to sign a document authorizing the transfer, which will be sent by the Support team via Docusign.
After signing, the process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
Clarification: Fractional shares may not be transferred, as it depends on the broker. Please check before starting the process.
Important:
We do not charge any fee for transferring assets to Vest, but your current broker may do so.
Vest covers the transfer cost for portfolios over $500 USD. To receive this reimbursement:
Send us proof of the transfer fee charged to support@mivest.io.
Vest will credit the transfer fee amount to your investment account so you can continue investing.
Important:
The fee exemption may become invalid if you withdraw funds within 90 days after the transfer.
We only cover the cost of the first transfer.
