What is my investment account number?
Your investment account number is the identifier for your investments in the United States; you need it for any management you wish to do with your investments.
Your account number consists of 10 alphanumeric digits, you can find it:
From the app
Tap on your profile picture, in the upper left corner of the app screen to access your information and settings
Then, go to "Account Settings" and you will see your account number.
From the web
Click on "Account Details" and find it at the top of the screen
All your transactional documents also include your account number.
Where do I see my transaction history?
From the app
In your portfolio, tap on "Invest"
At the bottom, you will see the complete list of transactions. You can filter by deposits or according to your needs. If a particular transaction no longer appears due to age, remember that you can consult your monthly statement from your Account Settings.
From the web
Click on "Account Details"
You will see the transaction history on the right side, filter according to your needs.
How can I update my account information?
To start any data update process, it is necessary to contact the team via email at support@mivest.io or through the chat in the app.
The support team will require additional information depending on the type of request you make, and an identity verification will always be performed.
How do I recover my access credentials?
Use the "Forgot password" link in the app or on the web. If this does not work, you can contact the support team directly at support@mivest.io or by writing to us in the contact form.
Note: Password recovery emails expire, so if you don't use it right away, you will need to request a new one.
Check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive the email.
How do I change the email address associated with my account?
To update the email address, it is necessary to create a new profile:
Open the Vest application and choose Create account.
Enter the new address you want to have on your account.
Assign a password.
Indicate your name and your nickname.
Once you have your new profile:
Contact support@mivest.io or write to us through the app chat indicating that you want to make the change.
The team will request an identity validation.
They will proceed with the change, and you're done!
You can log in with your new email.
IMPORTANT: It is not necessary to go through the investment account creation process; creating the profile is enough.
