  • NASDAQ (National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation): is the second largest capitalization stock exchange in the United States, automated and electronic. It groups the largest number of high-tech companies in electronics, information technology, telecommunications and biotechnology.

  • NCAVPS or net current asset value per share: is a key measure for value investors used as a means of gauging the attractiveness of a stock by calculating a company's current assets and subtracting total liabilities.

  • Net asset value (NAV): the net asset value of a REIT is nothing more than the estimated market value of the company's total assets, mainly real estate, net of its total liabilities. It is an important metric as a benchmark for evaluating a company in a context where book value and other similar indices have been considered unreliable, when dealing specifically with REITs.

  • Net income after taxes (NIAT) or net profit after taxes (BDI): is a financial term used to describe a company's profit after all taxes have been paid.

  • Neobank: a bank classified as a "neobank" offers simple banking services and generally does not have a physical branch, not because it "can't", but because it doesn't want to. Their business is to operate in the digital environment. That is why they work through apps and websites.

  • Number of shares: the number of shares you have received after the execution of the operation.

  • NYSE (New York Stock Exchange): the New York Stock Exchange is the world's largest capitalized stock market.
