How do I start the car?

Unlock the car with the Hely app and then just use the car keys, easy!

First, reserve a car

When you’re standing next to the car, you can 'start your ride' or reservation in the app. The car will open automatically. Take the keys from the board computer, which can be found inside the glove compartment. Put the key in the ignition, turn it and you’re ready to go.

E-CAR

Press the brake completely down when you turn the car keys. You will hear a "pling" sound when the engine has started.

GASOLINE CAR

Press and hold the clutch when you start the car.
