Before you start: make sure your GPS and Bluetooth is on.
Place the bike back at the hub and attach the e-bike to the rack with the chain lock.
Press 'Close' in the Hely app and subsequently manually close the frame lock.
Plug in the charging cable so the battery can charge. At the Urbee e-bike you'll find the input on the right side below the lock, at the Gazelle e-bike it's located on the top of the frame on the right side.
End your ride in the app to stop the rent.
Did you lock the bike correctly at the Hely hub but is it impossible to unclaim your bike? Make sure the GPS and Bluetooth is on and you have enough connection, refresh the app, restart your phone and try again.
