Our e-bikes have been equipped with AXA Bluetooth locks. They don't work with a code or key; the Hely app is all you need. Below we'll explain how these locks work.
Unlock bike
Make sure you've turned on the Bluetooth and GPS on your phone.
Press the ‘Open’ button in the Hely app. The lock will now open automatically!
Lock bike
Attach the chain lock onto an object
Press the ‘Close’ button in the Hely app
Now manually close the frame lock
All done!
