With Hely Flow you can cancel or adjust a reservation up to 4 hours in advance.

You can adjust or cancel the reservation in your app. Go to Travel > Reservations.

Do you want to cancel or adjust the ride within 4 or 48 hours before the start of your reservation? Then you pay for the entire reservation.
