The 1 cent payment is part of the registration. The given name of your Hely account must be the same as the name of the specified bank account. It is not possible to pay for someone else.

You may have used a bankcard with a different name. For example, you may have used a business card or an and/or account linked to the Hely account. The 1 cent payment is only automatically approved if the name of the bank account matches the name in your account.

In every other situations a manual check on the bank account is still necessary. This can be done by a proof of the KVK or a copy of the bank card. You can remove parts of the personal information in order to share it secured.
