Notifications keep your clinic team in the loop about everything happening in Heron — from new patient inquiries to system updates. Configuring them properly ensures the right people get the right alerts, without overwhelming your inbox.

🧩 What You Can Configure

  1. Notification Channels
    Decide where you’d like updates delivered:

    • In-App → pop-up notifications inside Heron.

    • Email → updates sent to your inbox.

    • Browser → push notifications while you’re working in your browser.

  2. Notification Types
    For each channel, choose the alerts that matter most to you:

    • New inquiry

    • Inquiry assigned to you

    • Inquiry status change

    • Inquiry reassignment

    • Patient note added

    • Inquiry completed or archived

    • System alerts (maintenance or service updates)

    • PMS sync events
