Heron lets you add pharmacies to your clinic profile so your team always has the right details on hand when handling prescription-related inquiries.
How to add pharmacies
In Heron, navigate to Settings.
Select Clinic Details.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Pharmacies section.
You have two options from here:
Auto Populate — Click this button and Heron will pull in pharmacies in your local area. Review the list and remove any that aren't relevant to your clinic.
Add manually — Type in pharmacy names directly to build your own list, or to add any that the auto-populate didn't capture.
You can add or remove pharmacies at any time by returning to this page.
