Identity verification is a mandatory step in the transition from Evaluation to Funded status. This process is completed through Veriff, our secure third-party verification partner.
When It Happens
Once your evaluation has been reviewed and approved, you will receive two emails at the same time:
Your funded account login credentials
A link to begin your Veriff KYC verification
Both emails will be sent to the address registered on your Hex Funded account. Please ensure you have access to that inbox and check your junk or spam folder if anything does not arrive promptly.
Why KYC Is Required
KYC verification confirms your identity and ensures that the funded account is being accessed and traded by the correct, verified individual.
You must complete and pass KYC before you are eligible to request any pay-outs. This step cannot be skipped or deferred.
If Your KYC Fails
If your verification is declined for any reason, contact our support team as soon as possible via Discord or email. We will help you understand the reason for the decline and guide you through the steps to resolve it.
Do not delay in completing this process. The sooner your KYC is approved, the sooner your funded account is fully active and your pay-out eligibility begins.
