To maintain a fair, trustworthy, and sustainable program, all Hex Funded affiliates must promote the brand ethically and transparently. These guidelines exist to protect the integrity of the program and ensure that every affiliate is competing on a level playing field.
What We Encourage
We want our affiliates to build genuine, long-term audiences. The best partnerships are built on trust and real value. We encourage you to:
Create original, helpful content that genuinely serves your audience
Be transparent about your use of affiliate links
Educate traders honestly, including about the realities and risks of prop trading
Build real communities around trading and development
Stay active and engaged within the Hex Funded affiliate community
What Is Not Allowed
Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding
You may not run paid advertising that targets Hex Funded or directs traffic to your referral link, including:
Google Ads or any paid search campaigns targeting Hex Funded keywords
Sponsored placements or paid promotions using your affiliate URL
Any paid media designed to intercept organic Hex Funded traffic
Artificial Tracking or Cookie Abuse
Referrals must be genuinely earned. The following are strictly prohibited:
Forcing clicks or automatically setting cookies without user intent
Using scripts, redirects, or hidden triggers to generate referrals
Claiming users who did not intentionally and knowingly click your link
Misrepresentation
You must never mislead your audience about Hex Funded or your relationship with us. This includes:
Faking profits, results, or guarantees to attract sign-ups
Impersonating Hex Funded or presenting yourself as an official representative
Misleading users about the nature of your affiliate relationship
Enforcement
We reserve the right to audit affiliate traffic and activity at any time. If a violation is identified, we may take any of the following actions:
Reject individual referrals
Reverse commissions already accrued
Suspend your affiliate account
Permanently remove you from the program
We do not take enforcement lightly, but we will act decisively when the integrity of the program is at risk.
