Racist, discriminatory, or inflammatory remarks of any kind
Threatening, aggressive, or hostile behaviour toward any individual
Harassment or disrespect directed at staff or support team members
Public statements intended to damage the Hex Funded brand or community
Actions designed to create fear, uncertainty, or negativity among other traders
Dishonest, manipulative, or deliberately toxic conduct
Consequences of Violations
Breaching this code of conduct may result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including:
Removal from all Hex Funded platforms and community spaces
Permanent loss of access to our services
Termination of any active accounts
Forfeiture of all simulated profits associated with those accounts
These consequences exist to protect every member of our community, traders and staff alike.
