Recently, there was a Chinese phishing site pretending to be HEYBIT, requesting a deposit from HEYBIT customers.
Please note that HEYBIT:
Never requires information or deposits without a prior request from the customer
Does not solicit its services to customers directly on messenger channels such as Telegram, LINE, KakaoTalk, etc. other than on its official website (heybit.com)
Please be extra careful not to get involved in such incidents.
We kindly ask you not to respond to any promotional messages or deposit requests on fraud websites that pretend to be HEYBIT. Please report to us immediately if you find any suspicious accounts or activities as outlined below.

Requesting registration or deposit
Sending invites and promotion messages without permission or prior notice
