[Notice] Halt of bot operations due to Binance issues

Due to the current halt of spot trading on Binance, the trading system of all bots is also paused to prevent other errors.

If spot market resumes in the future, we will closely monitor the situation for an extended short period before resuming trading system, given the potential for a brief period of intense price volatility.

Overall service functionality (bot creation/trading, termination, deposits/withdrawals/deleting bots) for all strategies is temporarily limited.

We will check the status of the bot after Binance's action and notify you.
