Heybit uses 2FA authentication for login and withdrawal to protect your valuable digital assets and enhance security.
In order to avoid any possible security issues caused by the update of Google Authenticator, please refer to the guide below.
Step 1. Please check if it is synced with your Google account.
Step 2. Please click on your profile in the top right corner and confirm
1. Click "Use Authenticator without an account"
2. Confirm the contents and click "Continue"
Step 3. Please check the Disable Sync section.
