Due to the Ethereum Dencun Upgrade, deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-associated digital assets will be suspended.

Deposits and withdrawals will be suspended for
- ETH
- USDT / USDC deposited using the Ethereum network

[Notes on the suspension of deposits and withdrawals]

USDT / USDC deposits made using ETH and ERC-associated after the suspension of deposits and withdrawals may not be reflected in your Heybit account wallet and may be irreversible. Please be aware of this and do not make any deposits after suspension.
The withdrawal process for these Digital Assets will be suspended during the suspension period and processed sequentially after the resumption of deposit and withdrawal support.
If your deposit or withdrawal attempts during the suspension result in an error, you may lose your Digital Assets or it may take time to recover them. Heybit is not responsible for any damages incurred in such cases.
In the event of a deposit/withdrawal interruption, there may be a delay in the processing of deposits due to network congestion, etc. and there may be a difference between when the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network and when the deposit is reflected.
You can use the service after the resumption of deposits and withdrawals announced by Heybit separately from the individual notice of the exchange or wallet you use.
