[Notice] Earn interest payment for 8 days at 11:00 (SGT) on Tuesday 2 July 2024

This is Digital Asset Investment Platform HEYBIT.

We are informing customers who are using Earn products.

Due to the impact of the product update conducted over the weekend,
an issue occurred where the interest for the Earn product you are using were not paid on Monday 1 July 2024, and were combined with the interest paid on Monday 8 July 2024.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The operation of the digital assets you entrusted to us is proceeding normally, and we inform you that there is no problem with the payment of the interest on the products we promised.

Interest from the Earn product is paid out every Monday at 11:00 AM (SGT) for the interest generated over the previous 7 days.

However, due to the impact of the product update issues
A total of 8 days' interest will be paid at 11:00 (SGT) on Tuesday 2 July 2024
and A total of 6 days' interest is scheduled to be paid at 11:00 (SGT) on Monday 8 July 2024.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that we will take all necessary measures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
