If you are facing an issue with card payments:

  1. Ensure that the card you're using is a Singapore-issued card. We currently only accept Singapore-issued cards.

  2. Try removing the card from your saved cards, then entering the card details again.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team on the app "Profile" > "Contact support".
