Starting 27 March 2025, we will begin closing accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months. If no login is detected in that time, the account will be deemed inactive, placing all accumulated Max Miles at risk of forfeiture.

What happens if I don't log in within the next 12 months?

Your account will be marked as inactive, and your account will be permanently deleted, with Max Miles forfeited.

How can I ensure my account remains active?

Simply log in to your HeyMax account (via our website or mobile app) at least once every 12 months. Stored sessions or background processes do not count—there must be an actual login event.

How will I be notified if my account is at risk of becoming inactive?

We’ll send you multiple reminders leading up to the 12-month mark:

  • 2 Months Before: Reminder Email

  • 1 Week Before: Reminder Email & Push Notification (if opted in)

  • 3 Days Before: Urgent Reminder Email & Push Notification (if opted in)

Can I reactivate my account after my miles have expired?

No — after 12 months of inactivity, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
