How can I ensure my account remains active?
As long as you're actively engaging with HeyMax at least once every 12 months, your account remains secure. Simply continue using HeyMax as normal, any of the following activities will keep your account active:
Browse the app (E.g. Exploring merchants, comparing card rewards)
Shop and Earn (E.g. Making transactions through HeyMax partners)
Redeem rewards (E.g. Using miles for redemptions or claiming vouchers)
In short: any time you open the app and do something, your activity counter resets. The only thing that doesn't count is background card transactions that happen automatically without you opening the app.
