If you get locked out of your account this could be for a multitude of reasons. However, the most common is due to too many failed login attempts. This is due to the platform thinking you are a robot and locking your account to suspicious activity.
You don't have to, however we recommend if you ever get locked out your account to reset your password by click 'Forgot my Password', and set it to something more memorable. This password reset will not automatically open your account again, and you will still have to follow the steps below.
If you get locked out of your account due to forgetting your password you should:
Wait 5 minutes until your account unlocks
Log- in as normal
If your account doesn't unlock within 5/10 minutes reach out to a member of the customer success team.
