File upload for custom questions
Easily collect files from candidates, including case studies, technical challenge submissions, or certificates. Simply create a new question of this type by hitting 'Add file upload question' in the assessment builder. We currently support 20+ file types incl. pfd, ppt(x), xls(x), jpeg, etc. with archives being released next.
New columns in job tables: fraud check and reference check score
Job tables now include two new columns: one for reference check scores and one for fraud checks. This makes it easier to spot which candidates might need a closer look. Reference check score is sortable today, with filtering coming soon. Fraud alerts will get sorting and filtering shortly.
Job syncing from ATS
Sync your ATS' jobs and job configurations such as hiring team with HiPeople to have a perfect twin of your ATS. Go to /settings/organization then scroll to 'Integrations', enable one of the 'ATS integrations', then toggle on 'Job seeding'.
Soon we'll add the functionality to sync candidates automatically.
