Reference Feedback: Sharing reference results (one off)

How to share reference results with internal stakeholders who do not have a HiPeople account. This is ideal for one-off sharing.

Whilst it is possible to share reference results via a PDF export, we suggest using this method instead as the richness of the data shown is far more extensive when staying within the HiPeople platform.

The below process is ideal for stakeholders such as Hiring Manager who only have one-off Reference Check needs for their team. For Hiring Managers who have more than one Reference Checks, it's better to follow this process instead.

  1. Locate the candidate you wish to share the results of from the Candidates tab by selecting the "All org Candidates" filter and by using the search bar and selecting the candidate from the list:

  2. In the top right corner of the candidate:

  3. A pop up box will appear where you'll need to enter the email address of the person you wish to share the results with. Type the email address and click the + Add button

  4. We'll now send an invitation email to the nominated person. They will be required to verify their email address and then will receive a one time pin to access the results.

  5. To remove access of a user, follow the same steps above and then use the revoke access button next to their email address to remove their access:
