How to enable Job Title Verification for Reference Checks

We're excited to announce the release of a powerful new feature โ€“ Job Title Verification! This enhancement is designed to streamline your hiring process, providing you with even more accurate and insightful candidate references.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Activating Title Verification

  • Start by creating a new reference check. While doing so, look for the Job Title Verification toggle. Activating this toggle will enable the title verification feature for the specific role only.

  • For existing reference checks, update the Title Verification setting via 'Update Job' located at the top right of your screen.

2. Candidate Submission:

  • Candidates play a key role in the process. When submitting their references, they now have a dedicated field to state the title they held during their collaboration with the reference.

3. Reference Confirmation

  • References receive a notification to confirm or deny the candidate's stated title. They can easily verify this information through the reference check process.

4. Denial & Correction:

  • If the reference denies the candidate's stated title, they are prompted to submit the correct title the candidate held.

5. Viewing Results:

  • Results of the title verification process are conveniently accessible in both the Overview and Results dashboards. This allows you to stay informed about the verification status for each candidate.
