Use HiPeople's Reports Page to drill into stats and insights about how your team is using the Reference Check product

In the HiPeople app, from the bottom left corner, you can use the Reports Tab (last tab) to review various stats on how your Reference Check usage is going:

Below is a breakdown of each of the tiles on the Reports page:

  • References

    • The number of References that have been invited by Candidates to give their feedback

  • Candidates

    • The number of Candidates that have been invited to complete a Reference Check

  • References per Candidate

    • The average number of References invited per Candidates

  • Reference Completion Rate

    • The percentage of invited References that have responded to the Reference Feedback request

  • Candidate Completion Rate

    • The percentage of completed & expired Candidates that have been invited to complete a Reference Check

  • Verified References

    • The percentage of References that have completed LinkedIn verification

  • Time Saved by HiPeople

    • How much time your team has saved by using HiPeople to automate Reference Checking compared to the average time of doing it manually (number of invited candidates x average time taken to conduct a manual Reference Check)

  • Total Jobs

    • Total number of Jobs created in HiPeople

  • Candidates per Job

    • Average number of Candidates that are invited per Job

  • Average Time to Complete

    • Average time for entire process to complete (from Candidate invited until all References are collected)

  • Reference Relationships

    • A breakdown of the types of relationships References have to the Candidates)

  • Final Candidate Status

    • A breakdown of the final status reached by Candidates

      • Completed - all invited references collected

      • Manually Completed - recruiter has manually ended the reference check early (satisfied with less than originally requested number of references)

      • Overdue - references not collected in set period of time
