Using the Tool
Enter your "Author Name". This will be used to personalize the email.
Then, select your "Recipient" from the dropdown.
In the "Content to Include" box, type or paste in key information such as the reason for the email, relevant details, or contact info. Optionally, you can "Upload a File" if you want the email to reference or be based on a document.
If needed, type a language into "Additional Languages" to have the email generated in another language (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog).
