Why are AI Tools not loading on HMH Ed?

Enable third party cookies if AI Tools refuse to connect.

If AI Tools fails to load, your browser settings may be blocking access to the site.

Follow the steps below to enable third party cookies or cross site tracking in your browser. You can also navigate directly to app.hmhco.ai to access the site directly.


Browser Settings for Chrome

If AI Tools fail to load for you, your browser may be blocking third party cookies used to enable AI Tools on Ed. To enable third party cookies in Chrome, follow these steps:

  1. Access "Chrome Settings" by navigating to the vertical ellipses in the top right corner of the browser, and choose "Settings".

  2. Navigate to "Privacy and Security", and find "Third Party Cookies". If third party cookies are blocked, click to "Allow third-party cookies".


Browser Settings for Firefox

If AI Tools fail to load for you, your browser may be blocking cross site cookies used to enable AI Tools on Ed. To enable cross site cookies in Firefox, follow these steps:

  1. Click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the browser to access the menu. Then click "Settings".

  2. Navigate to the "Privacy and Security" settings, and choose Standard protection. Note: If you have strict or custom settings, this may restrict cross site settings and AI Tools will fail to load.


Browser Settings for Safari

If AI Tools fail to load, your browser may be blocking cross site tracking used to enable AI Tools on Ed. To enable third party cookies, follow these steps:

  1. With your browser open, click Safari, then navigate to Settings.

  2. Navigate to "Privacy Settings" and uncheck the option for "Prevent Cross Site Tracking".


Browser Settings for Edge

If AI Tools fail to load, your browser may be blocking third party cookies used to enable AI Tools on Ed. To enable third party cookies, follow these steps:

  1. Access Edge settings by navigating to the ellipses, and choose "Settings".

  2. Click on "Privacy, search, and services" and select "Cookies".

  3. Enable the option for "Allow sites to save and read cookie data" and make sure that third party cookies are not blocked.
