Why don't I see shared AI Tools content?

When someone shares an AI Tools output with you, you should be able to open the Share Link, log in, and view the full content. If you open the link but don’t see the full content, try the steps below.

  1. Ensure that you’ve added the program to at least one of your classes in Ed. After that, re-launch AI Tools from Ed to update your access.

  2. Check that you own the same version of the curriculum. If someone shares AI-generated content tied to a specific curriculum—such as HMH Into Reading, Into Literature, Into Math, or a specific program edition—you must own the same version in order to see the full output.

For example: Into Reading Grade Tennessee 03 is different than Into Reading v3 Grade 3.

  3. Make sure you are fully logged in. You must be logged in with your HMH credentials to view the complete session. Log out and log back in to authenticate your access to the shared material.

  4. Ask the sender to verify the link. Occasionally, a link may have been generated before the sender made updates, copied incorrectly, or created from a session they didn’t fully save.

If you tried these steps and still are unable to view the shared content, please reach out to HMH AI Tools Support via Live Chat or email us at help@hmhco.ai.
