My transfer isn’t displaying on my account

A transfer may take 1 to 3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If it is still not visible after this period, check that you used the correct bank account (RIB), that the name provided matches yours, and that you included the reference code given.

If everything is correct and the transfer still does not appear, contact us at help@homaio.com : we will check the situation and help you solve it.
