Homaio is not regulated by a banking or financial authority, such as the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority), because we do not carry out a regulated activity. However, all of our partners whose activity is regulated are authorized institutions established in France. Furthermore, bond issues that are subject to a public offering of financial securities are communicated to the AMF before being placed on the market.
