Can I change my booking after posting it?

You cannot change the location after your booking has been posted. However, you can discuss the following details directly with the service provider once they have picked up your job: Time, Date, and Scope.


​Can I re-open a closed job?
Once a job has been closed, it cannot be reopened.

What happens if the Pro cancels?

If a Pro cancels, your job will automatically go back into our marketplace so another qualified Pro can pick it up right away. You can also reach out to support if you need help getting rematched.
