Do I pay Kandua or the Pro directly?
You pay the Pro through our secure payment facility. Only Kandua invoices include a "Pay now" button for secure payment. Please use this button to pay through Kandua so we can support you if you need help. We cannot assist with off-platform payments.
When should I pay the Pro?
If applicable, we suggest paying the service provider the deposit invoice as soon as possible so that they can continue the work. Once the work has been completed, the service provider will send the balance invoice. We suggest ensuring that you are happy with the work completed before making the final payment.
