Please raise the issue with the service provider and aim to resolve it between yourselves. If you would like to raise a formal dispute against the service provider, please email us at escalations@kandua.com.

Once a dispute has been raised via email (escalations@kandua.com), the Kandua team will conduct an investigation into the matter and provide appropriate feedback.
