Usage Instructions - Enouvation E5 & E10 Power Packs

1. Installation

  • Fully disconnect your furniture from its original wall transformer. The Enouvation pack must be the sole source of power. Do not use both at once.

Single Recliner/Power Pack:

  • Connect the universal adapter to the round charger / main motor lead exiting from the bottom of the couch

  • Connect the opposite end of the Universal Adapter to the power pack.

  • Place the power pack and its cables in a location free of moving parts. Do not crush or compress the unit.

Multiple Recliners/Power Packs:

  • Connect the universal adapter to the round charger / main motor lead exiting from the bottom of the couch

  • Connect the opposite end of the universal adapter to the Y Splitter.

  • Connect opposite end of Y Splitter to Universal Adapter adn attach to the round charger / main motor lead exiting from the bottom of the couch of the other recliner.

  • Connect the base of the Y Splitter cable to the power pack.

  • Place the power pack and its cables in a location free of moving parts. Do not crush or compress the unit.

2. Charging

  • Always use the Enouvation charger included-never a third-party charger.

  • Disconnect the pack from the furniture before charging. Ensure wiring is intact and free from damage.

  • While charging: power output is disabled. Do not attempt to operate furniture during charging.

  • If unused, recharge the pack every six months to avoid terminal shutdown. A fully charged pack can retain capacity for more than six months.

3. Operation & Maintenance

  • The E5 (5,000 mAh) delivers approximately 1,000 motorized functions per charge, depending on mechanism load and usage.

  • The E10 (10,000 mAh) offers roughly double the capacity. LED indicators and alert features help monitor charge levels.

  • Important: Furniture features such as USB ports, LED cup holders, touch-panel buttons, or lit controllers may draw constant power-even when idle-dramatically reducing battery longevity. This is known as “ghost drain.”

4. Entelligent App (if available)

  • Some models (E10) support the Entelligent™ app, allowing remote power management: visualizing battery level, reviewing charging history, receiving low-power alerts, or shutting off the pack remotely to conserve power when not in use.
