What’s Not Covered
Damage or failure caused by constant‑drawing furniture features (e.g. USB ports, LEDs, touch‑sensors) unless used with Enouvation’s Power Saver devices.
Use of unauthorized charger or improper wiring.
Improper use, crushing, moisture exposure, power surges, or modifications.
Returns & Exchanges
All Enouvation Power Packs, including E5 & E10, are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
If your pack stops functioning during the warranty period and it meets warranty conditions, we’ll help you submit a warranty claim for repair or replacement.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Email support@stayhomebody.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Include clear photos or video of the pack and wiring.
We will submit a claim to Enouvation and coordinate the repair or replacement for you under the warranty terms.
If eligible, Enouvation may replace or refund the defective product according to their warranty policy.
