Team members are listed alphabetically by first name as a default. However, you can choose to list them alphabetically by surname in both the team list and reports (though this may vary in certain reports).
To do this, go to your settings. Scroll down the general tab until you come to team member ordering. If you wish to order your staff by surname on the team list and reports, simply toggle each setting on.
