You can set reminders to ensure that you are kept up to date with important events, including:
Contracts or employment ending
Staff probation
Work anniversaries
Files expiring
Forthcoming appraisals
Benefits
Expenses
Timesheets
If you use Slack, then you can also integrate Homerun HR with your Slack channels to get daily updates on your staff's availability. Find more information on how to do that here.
To set up your unique reminders, navigate to the Reminders tab in your settings.
From here, scroll down the page to select the event you want to set reminders for and click add reminder to complete the process.
Reminders can be configured to send to any combination of recipients: custom admins, the team member's direct line manager, all managers in their reporting line, or the team member themselves.
You can create as many reminder settings as needed, so go ahead and setup whichever intervals work best for you.
