You can synchronise your Homerun HR calendar with a range of other iCal supported calendars including Outlook, Google Calendar and All other iCal supported calendars such as Office 365, Android and iOS.
Once you have synchronised your calendar with Homerun HR, all entries in your Homerun HR calendar will then appear in your iCal feed, meaning that you will no longer need to log in to view absences and events.
The following information will appear in your subscribed calendar:
Holidays
Sickness Absence
Other Absences
Meetings/Events
Birthdays
Work Anniversaries
Probation ends
Bank holidays
If you would like to restrict what your staff are able to see in the Homerun HR, you can filter the information that appears here in your Company Settings.
Please be advised that while Homerun HR does offer the ability to connect with web calendars, we strongly recommend using local calendars such as the desktop version of Outlook as various caching issues present in applications like Google Calendar, for example, which can pose communication issues between itself and Homerun HR, sometimes resulting in information not being transferred over. Unfortunately, this is not within Homerun HR control.
