How do I Synchronise Homerun HR with Office 365 Calendars?

To synchronise your Homerun HR calendar with Office 365:

Open your calendar via the navigation bar on the left side of your screen. Once there, click the iCal Feed button in the top right corner of your calendar.

A pop-up window will appear - here, you can choose the events, departments and offices you wish to pull through to Outlook. Click generate feed and then copy the URL provided.

Load your Office 365 calendar in a new tab and click add calendar. Select subscribe from web from the new pop-up window and paste the URL before clicking import.

You can then name the calendar and customise the colour and logo associated with it. Click import. Your Homerun HR calendar will now be added to Office 365.

NB: You only need to set up this iCal feed once. Any updates made in Homerun HR will carry through to Microsoft Outlook. Please be aware that all calendar providers have different refresh periods, so it may take up to 24 hours for any changes to appear in your external calendar.
