If you would like to receive notifications when a goal has been updated (including tasks being checked off, new wall updates or uploaded files), you must be following the goal.
NB: In order to follow a goal, you must do this at the time that you set it up. You cannot follow a goal after it has been created.
To create a goal, follow the steps here.
Once the goal has been created and you are now following it, you will receive notifications via email and your dashboard any time something is updated.
