Reports are available only to Admin users and Line Managers. Access is based on a user's role and reporting structure to ensure employee data is only visible to those who need it.
Admin users
Admin users have access to reporting for all team members across the organisation. They can view and run reports containing data for every employee.
Line managers
Line managers can access reports only for the employees who report to them within the reporting structure.
When viewing reports, line managers:
Can see data for the team members they manage.
Cannot see data for employees outside of their reporting structure.
Do not see their own data in reports unless they are also an Admin user.
Can I give report access to another user?
No. Report access cannot be granted separately from a user's role.
Only Admin users and Line Managers can access reports. It is not possible to:
Give report access to a user who is neither an Admin nor a Line Manager.
Give a Line Manager access to employees who are outside of their reporting structure.
If someone needs broader access to reporting, they must be assigned the appropriate role in line with your organisation's access and security policies.
