Pending Charges

If you haven't received your tickets or passes and notice a pending charge in your bank account, this is likely a temporary hold due to a transaction issue, such as an incorrect CVV.

Unknown Charges

Consider what events you might have purchased such as a sports game, theatre event, concession, multi-day pass, or parking ticket. Hometown is a third-party ticketing provider. We often sell tickets on behalf of schools, universities, and other associations. If you do not recognize the charge, know that there are some organizations similar in name to Hometown that could be causing confusion.

Search your email for Hometown or “Your receipts and tickets” on the date of purchase, or log in with your phone number or email at events.hometownticketing.com to see your orders.
