Troubleshooting for ticket transfers

If you are experiencing issues with your ticket transfers, it may be due to the following:

  1. The Fan App requires an update: Try updating the Fan App.

  2. You are not the original purchaser: The original owner of the ticket can transfer a ticket to someone else but the new recipient cannot transfer.

  3. You reached the maximum transfer limit: The original owner has the ability to transfer the ticket to another individual, reclaim it, and then transfer it once more. However, after the original owner has transferred a ticket twice, no further transfers are permitted.

  4. You can only transfer one ticket at a time: Currently, we do not support the transfer of multiple tickets simultaneously. Please ensure that you transfer one ticket at a time.
