Payment Troubleshooting

Are you experiencing challenges where your card is not going through? If so, we recommend that you:

  1. Double-check your information
    Make sure all required fields are filled out and that your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code are entered correctly.

  2. Try a different card or payment method
    If everything looks correct but the payment still fails, try using another card or method. You can pay via Google Wallet and Apple Pay.

  3. Check your account status
    Your card may be declined due to insufficient funds or hitting a credit limit.

  4. Contact your card issuer
    If you're unsure why the payment was declined, your bank or card issuer can provide the specific reason.
