You can control the earbuds using either the touch sensors or voice commands.
All controls can be customized and enabled or disabled within the viaim App.
Voice Control
Compatible Models: RecDot, OpenNote
Once your earbuds are connected to the viaim app, tap the earbud icon in the top left corner to open the device settings.
From there, navigate to Control > Voice to toggle the voice control feature on or off.
Due to differences in the voice processing chips, the two headphones support slightly different voice control commands.

OpenNote allows voice control in music, calls, and recording. RecDot, however, does not support starting or stopping a recording via voice commands, though it can still be used for voice control in music and calls.
Touch Control

Once your earbuds are connected to the viaim app, tap the earbud icon in the top left corner to open the device settings.
From there, navigate to Control > Gestures to enable, disable, or customize your earbud touch controls.
Click into the touch control settings page, you can see more detailed touch operation instructions and modify them.
