You may notice that there are users on your My Team page that are no longer associated with your business and/or HONK.
There may also be duplicate users on your My Team page. Note that any user that displays "Last seen never ago" after clicking on the pencil icon means that the app is NOT being tracked. These users can be deleted and set up again on the Partner app.
Please note that if you are using Towbook with HONK, drivers can only be removed by submitting a request to our support team for now.
Deleting a operator or a dispatcher can be done by following these 4 steps:
Navigate to the My Team page of your account at joinhonk.com:
