When a provider receives an alert for a job they will see a "Take It Now" rate displayed along with the job details within the HONK Partner App. Payment for each job is different and depends on a number of factors including service type, length of tow, en route driving time, and en route miles. Our system also checks real-time traffic conditions and the time of day to generate the offer rate.

Please note that as a HONK Partner, you are not required to accept the "Take It Now" rate being offered. If you feel that the rate is too low, please decline the job in the Partner app and select the appropriate decline reason (i.e. "price" or "too far away"). This will help our team better understand the market rate in your area. These rates cannot be adjusted or changed within your account.

It is also important to understand that the price displayed is a standard rate for the service. If additional work is required to complete the job, we want to make sure you are paid for it. Be sure to request additional charges by visiting www.honkrequest.com prior to rendering services.
